Privacy policy


We value your privacy as much as we do our own. Your name, address and contact details are collected so that we can complete your sale and in case we need to contact you. They will NEVER be given to anyone else or used for any other purpose.

Delivery policy 

In general, you can now expect your hats to be posted the next day after placing your order. Hats with embroidery may take a day longer. Delivery should be within 7 days of posting but most places should be 3-4 days. All orders are posted at Australia Post as a letter by ordinary surface mail. While they carry no insurance or tracking, if your parcel hasn't arrived after 14 days, I will open an investigation with Australia Post and replace the order at no cost to you. If you have ordered more than 6 hats, they will be posted as a parcel and will include tracking. 

If you need them faster than this, contact me and we can arrange express post at your expense. 

Refund policy

If your hat/s arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, a full refund will be deposited in your nominated bank account (as required by consumer law). If you prefer, the faulty goods can be replaced at no cost to you.
